Jason Reed

Jason has extensive experience the areas of class action, municipal defense Litigation (employment and civil rights), and school board law. He serves as legal counsel to Campbell County Board of Education, and regularly advises agencies of Kenton County. In over fourteen years of practice, Jason has represented accident victims, those wrongfully terminated, and numerous consumers who were the victims of consumer fraud, overbilling, and mistake. He is also a part-time Assistant Kenton County Attorney, where he prosecutes misdemeanors, traffic offenses, and juvenile crimes, with regular jury trial practice in state and Federal courts. He lives in suburban Covington and has two sons.
